Return & Refund Policy

1.1 Right of Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

1.2 Exceptions

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used seeds and plant material
• Perishable products (such as live plants)
• Custom-made or personalised items
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

1.3 Return Procedure

To start a return, contact us at miveoshop@outlook.fr or (307) 218-7615. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a return confirmation and instructions within 2 business days.

Do not send items back before receiving a return confirmation from us — returns sent without one cannot be processed.

1.4 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are not refunded unless the product was faulty or incorrectly delivered.
