3.2 Offers and Prices

All prices on our website are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, duties or import charges are described in our Shipping Policy.

Miveo Store reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. In the event of an obvious pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3.3 Orders

An order becomes final once you have received an order confirmation by email. Miveo Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of stock issues, payment errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, you will receive a full refund.

3.4 Liability

Miveo Store is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or consequential damage arising from the use of our products. Our liability is at all times limited to the value of the order concerned.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, and any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR.

This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply in your country of residence.
